Clinical Practice

Behavior Solutions

We are a group of cognitive-behavioral therapists with extensive experience in clinical, supervisory, and consulting roles. We provide clients with effective tools to reduce home and work stress, better manage often hectic, full lives, and achieve healthy positive behaviors and attitudes. We use cognitive-behavioral strategies to provide effective and proven non-medical alternatives that promote well-being and personal success.

Health insurance is not accepted in our practice. Some clients, however, may be eligible to apply for reimbursement directly with their insurers.
